Meet Katy
I am a lifelong Washingtonian, born and raised right here in the heart of Washington State. I grew up in Port Orchard and graduated from South Kitsap High School before settling in Gig Harbor. I’ve traveled to more than 35 countries, which has shaped the way I see the world. This region is home in every sense of the word, and it has shaped who I am and why I’m running to serve.
I am a wife, mother, nonprofit leader, and business owner. I’ve been married to my amazing husband for 18 years, and together we are raising our three beautiful children. Being a wife and mother has deeply influenced how I see the needs of our community — from education and safety to opportunity and affordability. My family is my greatest joy and the driving force behind my commitment to build a better future for every family in our district.
